Microsoft CRM Team just released the arabic language version of CRM 4.0.
Follow these steps to download CRM 4.0 with Arabic as a default language.
1. Go to the dowload page for CRM 4.0
2. Select Arabic from the “Change Language” dropdown in the Quick Details section on the download landing page.
If you have already installed CRM 4.0 and would like to download any language pack (arabic included), you can do so Here

I'm install MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 Arabic Language Pack, but i can't see any deferent, do you can tell me what's change after installed Arabic Language Pack.
